Caiva Randall is a proud wife, small business owner, community member, and lifelong learner who believes the experiences we have throughout our lives shape who we become.

As the oldest of seven children, Caiva learned early the importance of responsibility, independence, perseverance, and looking out for others. Her professional background includes experience in sales and the medical field, and today she runs her own small business while being very active in her community.

Caiva and her husband, Brian, met in college and have been together for eight years and married for five. They are proud to call El Dorado County home and look forward to growing their family here.

Caiva is passionate about supporting her community and giving back wherever she can. She believes education is one of the most powerful tools a person can have.

Knowledge is power, and there is always more to learn, discover, and achieve.

Caiva believes parents should have a meaningful voice in their children’s education and be welcomed as partners in their child’s success. She wants to help bring education back to its fundamentals while preparing students for every aspect of their future—academically, personally, and practically.

She is running for El Dorado County Office of Education Trustee Area 2 because she believes students deserve strong foundations, parents deserve a voice, and every child deserves the opportunity to be truly prepared for what comes next.
